Leader/Principal- STRATEGIC CONSULTING

We are urgently looking for someone at Senior Manager and Manager level for Strategic Consulting. Below are the details regarding the same:

CLIENT: Consulting Group

ROLE- Senior Manager - GROUP STRATEGY (FMCG/ Retail / Consumer Vertical)

LOCATION: Mumbai

MANDATORY REQUIREMENT- Candidates from IIM, ISB (Hyderabad), XLRI, SP JAIN,FMS and other Tier-1 B-school only only preferred.

Responsibility:

- The incumbent would be required to lead and close business development activities with clients, be responsible for the revenues and P&L for his/her practice and develop expertise.

- He/She would be required to provide fresh insights on technology along with managing client relations,
managing team and giving overall guidance & direction to their team.

- The candidate would be required to build the Organized-Retail Sub-Practice

Essential Criteria:

- Marketing focus. Prior exposure to sales / marketing role will be an added advantage

- Capabilities in development of customers, offerings, products & markets

- Experience of working in entry strategy & process improvement

- Basic knowledge of finance & strategy concepts is desirable in all candidates

- Additional 1 - 2 years of pre MBA experience would be an added advantage.

Experience: 8-10 years with consulting group companies and Consumer Group companies.
