Leader - Marketing Analytics - BFSI

Our client is a large MNC Financial Services firm looking for a Leader - Marketing Analytic to lead their analytics team based out of Delhi/ NCR supporting global geographies.

Role

- Lead the analytics business and demonstrate active, effective leadership by inspiring a vision, motivating a passion to excel and cultivating the firm values. Manage team focused on evaluating, recommending and implementing business strategies. Actively partner with onshore senior stakeholders across multiple lines of consumer businesses to build relationship and grow the business. Provide thought leadership in all aspects of marketing analytics, retention analytics, customer service analytics and sales enablement etc.

Desired Profile:

- Prior experience in leading the analytics team for a financial institution or a consulting .

- Experience in building and maturing analytics with focus on customer segmentation and targeting, campaign management with cross-sell/up-sell targets.Statistical Modelling / Data Mining techniques such as Clustering, Logistical Regression, Decision Trees, etc. for a financial services firm
