Job Responsibilities:  - As part of the leadership team Contributes to the organization strategic thinking and direction.  - Develops HR strategies in line with organization strategies.   - Manages organization performance through proper systems and processes - across all levels. Raises the bar on a year to year perspective  - Designs and recommends systems and processes that attract, motivate and retain employees to the business.   - Implements human resources strategies by establishing department accountabilities, including talent acquisition, staffing, employment processing, compensation, health and welfare benefits, training and development, records management, safety and health, succession planning, employee relations and retention   - Develops human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analysing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances. Manages employee cost as a percentage of key top line metrics   - Supports management by providing human resources advice, counsel, and decisions; analysing information and applications.   - Develops an organization culture based on organization core values - Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values.   - Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.  - Ensures that the organization is compliant with all legal and statutory requirements from a manpower and administrative perspective   Essential knowledge and skills  - Full time MBA with 15 to 20 years of relevant experience preferably from education/ service industry.  - Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.  Interested candidates can forward their updated resumes or can call at 7838090992 for any further clarifications.
