Leader - HR Business Partner - Professional Services Firm (8-12 yrs)
Summary :
The role is a leadership HR Business Partner role for a globally leading Professional Services organization having presence in major cities in India. This leadership role is responsible for all aspects of human capital strategy and execution for one of the biggest Business Unit's of our client. The incumbent reports to the Country Head of Human Resources and will partner closely with the BU stake holders and support all human resources strategic initiatives viz development, engagements, planning & reviews, etc
Role Objectives:
- Provide both transformational advice on change management initiatives, organisational / departmental restructures / job role design / redundancy situations in order to improve cost and efficiency.
- Work closely with the stake holders, manage employee relations issues, build management responsibility and capability from a people standpoint
- Develop and lead planning, design, implementation, communication and delivery of the company's HR initiatives to support current and future business needs.
- Demonstrate the ability to understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives
- Responsible for participating in demand planning discussions and driving capacity planning actions
- Implement and execute the career and performance management, salary review, and compensation planning processes
- Drive employee engagement and retention plans for the businesses, including the assessment, analysis and facilitation of plans to address turnover and workforce issues.
