Leader - Employer Branding & Campus Hiring - EPC & Hydrocarbon Business - XLRI/TISS

CTC Range : 50 - 60 LPA

Indian MNC in EPC and Hydrocarbon Business.

PG in HR from Tier one Institute is Must (Only Full Time)

- Lead the Employer Branding and Social Media initiatives and also anchor Marquee events.

- Develop and deliver the graduate (incl. Graduate Roadmap), intern and post-graduate strategy for Group ensuring that Group attracts and recruits the best talent. This requires delivery of end to end services including early engagement, campus activity, recruitment marketing, selection and on-boarding

- Develop strong working relationships across the business/embedded teams with a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring understanding of business needs and a high level of communication and reporting.

Key Accountabilities :

- Develop an industry leading early engagement strategy for graduates and postgraduate campuses

- Develop a clear and relevant Diversity strategy for graduate recruitment

- Review target campus strategy to ensure relevance

- Provide high level of communication to business stakeholders to ensure the success of the recruitment programme escalating issues where necessary

- Lead improvement activity, influencing and engaging stakeholders effective and quickly building credibility as a resourcing expert

- Build and maintain relationships with campus team Sponsors, Relationship Managers
