Leader - eCommerce  - This role is responsible for the Digital commerce P&L. Mobile is key, but all digital aspects are critical.   - It involves leading the creation of overall Digital commerce Strategy, executing the Business Plan, delivering on key financial metrics, managing the marketing programs and consumer engagement activities, and inspiring the team (including partners) to achieve agreed results.   - The plan is to have own eCommerce portal and be present on key marketplaces, and aggressively build a mobile dominance. The role calls for effective management of eCommerce partners and successfully ensure the BOT (Build, Operate, Transfer) to in-house.   - Responsible for optimally managing eCommerce and existing affiliate activity to grow this revenue stream. Finding new commerce opportunities and partners. The team is split between commerce support and database support.  - Managing the eCommerce strategy from creation and execution to optimization, including technology Delivering consumer delight through the entire digital experience   - Analysis of the site performance and analytics to ensure maximum consumer response  - Optimizing marketing spends and CAC  - Ensuring that the visual content engages effectively with the customer  - Maintenance and support of the functional aspects of the eCommerce site  - Working closely with the customer management team to drive consumer loyalty  - Playing the lead role in delivering the eCommerce P&L  - Leading in new product development catered to the needs of the consumer
