Leader - Digital Implementation (15-22 yrs)

Need strong leaders to handle complex and large implementations and be strategic partners to influence decisions for future.

Requires experience in large implementations.

Minimum prior qualifications to be an applicant for this role: Master's degree and prior experience in large implementations ; professional Services experience is preferable.

Specific competences ( Essential) :

- Someone who runs professional services for a software company

- Someone responsible for system integration

Who can roll up sleeves Running the program at leadership level transformation is good to have.

- IT experience with expertise in F&A

- Strong Program Management Skills

- Business and commercially savvy

- Planning and execution

- Strong Executive Presence

Key Roles and Responsibilities :

- Own the implementation end to end with a client covering business requirements, process changes drive complex/ multiparty and multi level implementations

- Critical profile in terms of presence and maturity, since a lot of the role is also driving change leadership around ask/gives and change management processes and economic value realizations. - Something similar to large ERP implementations

- Client facing (like a GOL for the duration of that implementation) and rotates through the large deployments (complex and large) should have strong presence and ability to say no to senior stakeholders

- Ability and ownership to build tailor made tech BPM solutions for F&A processes

- To be able to architect a full end to end solution specific to client needs - should have understanding of how process, technology and analytics can be leveraged to address client needs

- This position comes post sales - strategic (they will have to understand this landscape) the job will be influencing what we need to do in long run strategically

- To bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to our clients along the F&A spectrum to help them raise their performance to new heights.

- It's a F&A focussed role along with handling Multinational, multi geography

- Work with the Key Stake holders at the Prospect's end and advisors to the deals if any

Knowledge, Experience, Education :

Essential :

- MBA / CA / CPA with 15-18 years domain experience + consulting experience

- Prior solutioning and consulting experience

- Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace

- Project Management Skills handled large erp implementations

- Ability to develop and apply creative, workable solutions to project-related issues
