We are currently retained by a leading global IT MNC to find a Campus Recruitment Lead to handle their campus hiring across India.

Role : Campus Recruitment Leader

Location : Bangalore

- As a Recruitment Leader, you will be responsible for end to end recruitment from Engineering schools across India. You will represent the organization at all campuses and provide strategic guidance, enablement and thought leadership to the recruitment as well as business teams.

- To qualify you must have 12- 15 years of relevant experience in Campus Hiring with at least 5 years in a leadership role with a reputed IT company. You must have handled large volumes of campus hires and have a strong network of all leading engineering schools.

The role will include :

- Lead compliance and control of all recruitment activities and processes.

- Lead the company's campus recruiting efforts to hire exceptional talent.

- Optimize teams' abilities to achieve delivery, quality, diversity and costs targets for recruitment.

- Work with Recruitment marketing team on external branding and candidate experience, collaborate with business, HR and Recruitment leadership to meet overall business objectives

- Maintain relationships with campus and identify and create appropriate campus branding strategies and events.

- Managing financial budgets and cost optimization for delivering initiatives.

- You must be a Top B school pass out with strong experience of leading university hiring for a leading IT MNC. Large team management experience is mandatory. The scope of the role is large so only those who have worked on large volumes should apply.
