eCommerce Leader/Business Head (6-14 Yrs)

Opportunity :

- The opportunity is with a highly respected business group . The group is amongst the top 3 companies in the sectors it operates. The group has been operating various digital businesses for the last 1 year.

- To Scale its flagship eCommerce venture, the group is looking for a seasoned eCommerce leader & expert who can start and grow the business from scratch to become online leader in its category also.

Salary : Not a bar for the right candidate

Requirement :

- Experience of managing and growing eCommerce P&L.

- Experience in at least 2 or more functions among - eCommerce Operations, Digital Marketing, Product Management and Category Management

- Previous short stint in Sales / Operations experience will be valuable. MBA will be a plus

Role :

- Manage and grow the eCommerce business

- Hire Teams and setup each function and KPIs - Category Management, Marketing, Ops, Customer Service, Analytics, Product & Technology and others

- Scale up and grow

- Delivery excellent customer experience

- P&L Responsibility

- Build robust in-depth analytics

- Build processes
