Leader - Big Data/BI/Analytics - Retail/Travel/CPG/Media Domain (18-21 yrs)
Embarked on a search for a leader in the Retail analytics industry.
As a Delivery Lead you would be responsible to provide leadership and manage the delivery organisations for my client's Big Data portfolio.
This would include managing customers and their expectations.
Manage and grow such customer relationships in value, customer satisfaction, revenue mix
Up sell & Cross sell of services
As a senior leader of the team, this role will carry responsibility in aiding organization development, innovation & providing solution while also aiding business development effort.
Skills Required.
Strong knowledge of Information Management delivery processes, tools, onsite-offshore engagement model.
Should be customer facing with excellent communication and presentation skills
Should have handled delivery of Information Management projects preferably for US customers with gross margin targets
Domain focus Retail, Travel, CPG, Media etc..
Should be able to drive Solutioning and proposals
