As a part of their aggressive growth plans they are looking to hire a Lead- Talent Acquisition to execute on the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy  Job Description :   Reporting to the CoE Lead for Talent Acquisition India, your responsibilities will include :  - Working closely and analyzing the needs in the Business Units   - Accomplishing the hiring of quality talent in time with extensive focus on bulk hiring  - Managing the overall recruitment process in a fast paced scenario   - Establish campus relations across all premier institutes  - Implementation of the appropriate talent acquisition strategies  - Manage the end to end hiring process across all functions  - Develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategy  - Working with Talent Management and HR Process team to support an integrated approach towards addressing skill and talent gaps in the organization.  The Successful Applicant  You come with 6-9 years of hands on experience as a TA Specialist within the pharmaceutical / Healthcare space. You have a management degree from a top tier business school and have campus/lateral/leadership hiring experience.
