Client Details :

Our client operates within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical space in India. As a part of their aggressive growth plans they are looking to hire a Lead- Talent Acquisition to execute on the overall Talent Acquisition Strategy

Description :

Reporting to the CoE Lead for Talent Acquisition India, your responsibilities will include :

- Working closely and analysing the needs in the Business Units

- Accomplishing the hiring of quality talent in time with extensive focus on bulk hiring

- Managing the overall recruitment process in a fast paced scenario

- Establish campus relations across all premier institutes

- Implementation of the appropriate talent acquisition strategies

- Manage the end to end hiring process across all functions

- Develop and implement Diversity and Inclusion strategy

Profile :

You come with 6-9 years of hands on experience as a TA Specialist within the pharmaceutical / Healthcare space. You have a management degree from a top tier business school and have campus/lateral/leadership hiring experience. Should have strong experience in hiring for niche and support function roles with strong sourcing and employer branding background.

Please note that experience in Pharma domain is an absolute must have.
