Client Details ;

Our client is a market leader in the manufacturing tubes and packaging industry. They are looking for a Talent Acquisition specialist who will lead excellence in Talent Acquisition process for the organisation and will be responsible for managing key deliverables on all TA metrics. This will entail partnering with function heads and HODs to identify their sourcing requirements, map the relevant external talent pool and recruit for roles across levels.

Job Description :

Reporting into the Head HR, your responsibilities will include,

- Responsible for recruiting for positions across levels, primarily for corporate functions and specific requirements in businesses

- Be involved in leadership sourcing across the group

- Review the current recruitment process for the organisation and identify areas of improvement to create higher impact

- Project manage the various phases of managing technology transformation and enhancement of the recruitment process

- Drive process adherence and capturing of all relevant information on the recruitment system

- Lead data analytics on all recruitment parameters and utilise the insights for process enhancements

- Identify and implement assessment tools for candidature selection

- Manage the candidate experience and ensure seamless interaction

- Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions within the organisation and create a strong succession planning pool

- Explore different sources of recruitment to optimise recruitment costs

- Identify and engage with recruitment partners, negotiate terms of service and alignment with the organisation's policy

- Lead campus recruitment

Profile :

- You must have in depth expertise and understanding of talent acquisition across all levels preferably from the manufacturing sector

- You will come with 7-9 years of strong experience in recruitment, candidate assessments, fitment analysis and on-boarding with exposure and use of technology platforms in the talent acquisition space

- MBA in HR preferred
