Job title : Lead - Talent Acquisition - IT
Must have handled Talent Acquisition role with CMM 5 Level IT Company.
- Overseeing the India recruitment process and leading a team of recruiters, recruiting coordinators .
- Managing end to end IT recruitments & full Recruitment life Cycle, Meeting Demand & Supply of various technical resources for IT Unit
- Own the recruitment strategy deliver hires, setting best in class standards around talent acquisition. Continually assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of all programs and practices against the relevant comparable companies, industries and markets
- Developing and implementing innovative recruitment strategies and sourcing solutions (e.g., direct sourcing, talent mapping, etc.) to hire the best talent as efficiently and inexpensively as possible (i.e., reduce cost-per-hire whenever possible).
- Build Recruitment strategy to support business requirements and ensure quick ramp ups Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, hiring strategy and interview discussions
- Executed innovative Employee Referral programmes to leverage connections and launched ER incentive schemes.
- Prepare and publish Weekly TA performance dashboard to senior management
- Understanding business requirements at key levels, mapping potential talent through various sources,
- Partnering with the business to ensure closures Facilitating and driving Interviews (Panel selection, feedback solicitation and review, fitment positioning, finalizing and issuing employment offers, on boarding etc
Salary range : 10 - 12 LPA
