Talent Acquisition Lead will be responsible for :   - Manage the end to end recruitment process (Sourcing to On boarding) with exposure in hiring for the IT & ITeS Industry   - Planning and strategizing recruitment plan to hire quality talent pool within agreed timelines   - Developing recruiting strategies to ensure quick closures   - Implementing guidelines to ensure recruiting strategies align with the organization's policies and goals   - Build and maintain network of potential candidates through pro-active market research  - Explores the market best practices in the recruitment and staffing and implement appropriate best practices in the organization  - Builds a quality relationship with the internal customers and external recruitment agencies  - Monitors and constantly reduces the costs of the recruitment process  Education : MBA from a good institute   Experience : Post MBA, 3 years of work experience.   Salary range: 10 - 15 LPA
