Job Description :
Reporting into the Group Head of Talent Acquisition, your responsibilities will include :
- Leading a team, you will be responsible for end to end talent acquisition strategy for the business unit
- You will lead all stakeholder management initiatives and work with business to drive results
- The role will require you to focus on recruitment strategy across all levels including campus and also to directly be involved in leadership recruitment
- Thinking out of the box to work beyond driving recruitment numbers to work on recruitment analytics will be key focus of this role
- As the talent leader, you will be an industry expert in commercial recruitment and will work on predictive analysis, social media and social profiling
The successful applicant :
- You will come with 10-15 years of experience from a manufacturing organization with direct experience in leading commercial recruitment for at least 5+ years. Only candidates from FMCG/FMCD/Healthcare/Chemicals and other manufacturing companies may apply for this role.
