Role : Lead - Solution/Presales  - A Leading IT MNC is looking for IT Solutions and Presales Professionals in BFSI / Manufacturing / SAP domain with experience working with US, UK and Europe markets  Location : Pune/ Mumbai / Bangalore  Experience : 10 -17 Yrs  Required Skills :  Education Qualification : Engineering/ MBA in Sales and Marketing/ Systems from top institutes  - Good experience in designing solutions/ pre-sales for USA / UK / Europe - Fortune 500 organizations in the BFSI / Telecom / Retail / Manufacturing / SAP domain.  - Ability to run specialist functional and technical teams for domain centric BFSI / Manufacturing/ SAP solutions.  - Strong experience in Pre-sales, Bid Management, Solutioning, Solution Designing, multi tower and working in large deals.  - Should have led large teams and large business deals end-to-end.  - Ability to take and deliver to revenue targets for solution related sales.   - Should have worked closely with global sales and delivery teams to position, sell and deliver BFSI/ Manufacturing/ SAP Solutions  - Good Proposal development, Solution configuration, Deal shaping and closure skills  Key Responsibilities :  - Understand and translate requirements into a solution offering deal approach, solution plan, proposal and cost estimate leveraging standard process methods, deliverables and the right collection of offerings  - Contour technical proposals to be commercially acceptable to the customer and may make solution/service trade-offs. Build strong value propositions around the solutions.  - Defining major technical projects for customers, influencing their view of acceptable investment level.   - Defining the approach to larger/more complex solution development and acceptance testing, and identifying strategic level risks and remedies.  - Lead and influence the team in the development of new offerings by determining the approach to whole classes of business  - Response to customer RFI's/RFP's and Bid Management - Analyzing and understanding customer requirements for technical proposal submissions.  - Transformational roadmaps, solution architecture design, planning, client interaction and management, leverage offshore team, smooth transition to offshore team, develop processes
