Key Responsibilities and Challenges :

Job Responsibilities :

- Lead in Solution Designing for Application Development project in compliance with Customer Requirement

- Check compliances of customer requirement, analyses the requirement and suggest the fully compliant and effective solution

- Propose end-to-end solution designs addressing client's requirements

- Communicate solution architecture and ensure it is properly documented

- Validate proposed solution meets the functional and non-functional requirements based on client's reference architecture

- Lead the decision making process for the necessary solution architecture decisions and ensure they are justified and documented

- Liaise effectively with the relevant project teams and other business and IT stakeholders as required

- Present solution architecture to all other stakeholders viz. delivery team, pre-sales/sales team and client

- Work with Sales, Pre-sales and delivery collaboratively throughout the proposal cycle

- Estimating the effort for the solution to be implemented to complete the delivery within defined timeline and in adherence to the client's requirement

Desired Skill Set :

- Strong knowledge of various application development methodologies and RDBMS

- Should have worked in complete project life cycle of any large ICT Infrastructure project

- Excellent Presentation & Communication skills

- Capable of guiding the pre-sales & delivery team on solution designing

- Strong knowledge of various COTS product available with various OEMs w.r.t. to customer requirement

- Results oriented, product and customer focused

- Self-motivated and able to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment

- Should have handled bidding team of more than 5 people

- Excellent customer facing skills including negotiation, pricing, Scope of Work, transition

- 14+ year of working experience as a pre-sales, and/or delivery lead in any of the sector viz. Government, IT/ITES

Education Qualification :

- B.E / B.Tech / MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology
