Responsibilities

- Provides in- house web and graphic design with innovative designs.

- Provide analysis on pros and cons of CMS platforms and web applications to align it with brand and corporate style

- Create landing pages and microsites for lead generation, can work on icons, logo treatments, banners if needed

- Maintains high level of knowledge and skill with all computer software related to the design and production of digital assets and print materials

- Take ownership for delivery and design wherever applicable

- Can work on multiple projects at one point of time

- Should be able to work on existing and new features/product roadmap

- Works in Agile Methodology and follow processes as per Organization needs

- Should be able to document new learnings and groom team members

- Write Specifications as per Project Requirements

- Work closely with the marketing team both for digital and traditional assets

- Assist with production of design work for corporate communications, conferences, etc.

- Assist in creating communications and marketing print materials, digital assets and templates

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years experience developing and implementing web and mobile user experiences

- Hands on experience in Designing responsive web site layouts for a cloud SAAS offering

- Experience in outsourcing work and P&L of the project/team would be preferred

- Hands-On with: HTML5,Jquery, Java script, Bootstrap, MySQL and good understanding of UI/UX design frames

- Liferay Platform experience would be an advantage

- Experience with Java application servers including Apache Tomcat and maintaining production systems in a Linux/Ubuntu environment.

- Good to have knowledge / Hands-On on Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, MS office

- Must possess excellent Communication and Presentation skills

- Good analytical and problem solving skills;

- Participate in code/design reviews, ensure timely delivery

- Collaborate with team members and adopt best software development practices

- Can work with Cxx level and lead teams

Timings 4:00 PM to 1 AM IST

SLA: 2 to 3 years
