Lead - Sales & Customer Service Training - Technology Giant (10-14 yrs)
Our client is one of the largest global players in the technology product space.
They are currently looking to add an exceptional Trainer to focus on customer service to their team in Gurgaon.
This role reports into the Head of Training for the group and job responsibilities include:
1. Delivering world class training programs to key staffs - ILT or Virtual.
2. Driving excellence and experience in all learning initiatives.
3. Mentoring and developing the training team's competency and capability to gold standards.
4. Measuring and driving efficiency and effectiveness of all learning initiatives
5. Managing key relationships with various stakeholders and liaising with global teams to provide local/ country specific inputs.
Key qualifications
1. Has a corporate training experience (Sales or Customer Service) of at least 12 years with minimum 4 years of team management experience.
2. Has excellent training delivery skills. The candidate should have completed Train the trainer certification.
3. Additional qualifications required in one/multiple areas: e.g. Instruction Design, Learning Technology, Digital/ Social learning, Black Belt, PMP or Coaching.
4. Prior experience of having managed a team of trainers is a must.
5. Operational management experience will be an added advantage.
We are looking for candidate with a combination of sales, product and customer service training. Preferable candidates from Retail/Product/Hospitality sectors.
