Lead - Reverse Logistics - Telecom

Key Responsibilities :

- To manage effectively the reverse parts operation of the Service network across India

- To audit return stock from the service center

- Decide and purchase, local purchase items, in line with Service guidelines.

- To manage swap supply for Jio devices to customer service points. The entire process of swap and reverse logistics has to be managed to ensure zero swap stock out and also judicious distribution of the swap stock across Pan Indiua

Financial :

- To ensure that all warranty claimed material is returned with proper packaging for claim back on principle supplier

- Defective material in some cases will need claim back on the supplier. If not done or not done in time can result in financial loss.

Operational :

- Ensure adherence of processes prescribed.

- The individual should be very familiar with the ERP.

- To plan and ensure optimum level of swap stock at the service center spares

- Identify non-moving/obsolete spares from time to time as per guidelines and ensure that they are sent back to either the Mother ware House of Vendors as per the guideline

- Lodge timely claims - vendor wise, product wise by generating appropriate MIS.

- Adhere to packaging, pricing and related systems.

- Coordinate parts cannibalization / refurbishment activity in central parts stores.

Criteria :

- Managed spare parts supply of either any electronics or automobile industry.

- Managed both forward & reverse logistics.

- Inventory management process.
