Position Summary:  This strategic, hands-on role is responsible for driving key corporate level transformational initiatives in the resource planning & fulfillment area including establishing a systematic, efficient & effective resource management framework (from policy, processes & platform standpoint) across the organization.  Key Deliverables/Responsibilities: (Including, but not limited to)  - Is responsible for driving key corporate level transformational initiatives in the resource management area across the organization.   - Key deliverables include driving design and implementation of key projects to establish a systematic, efficient & effective resource management framework across the organization  - Liaises with key organization stakeholders to conceptualize and build consensus on solutioning across people, process, platform areas.  - Collaborates with BU leaders to understand issues in the value chain of staffing and conceptualizes solutions on people, process and platform fronts  - Collaborate with key corporate partners (including Corp-IT, Finance, Academy, Staffing) and delivery org stakeholders to further drive end to-end implementation.  - Coordinates with other corporate teams driving similar org wide initiatives to ensure cross - alignment of key milestones & deliverables  - Maintains a team, as required, ensuring that the team is staffed with the necessary manpower, competence, skill &knowledge required to achieve desired objectives  Leadership Competencies:  - Ability to design and implement transformation initiatives that is aligned with key corporate goals  - Demonstrates strategic orientation   - Ability to build collaborative relationships  - Capability to lead and implement an org wide initiative in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, high growth environment with continuously increasing scale and complexity  - Capacity to analyze key issues, identify trends, drill down into root causes and develop and deploy corrective action plan  - Ability to establish an open, transparent and cohesive environment through effective communication and exceptional collaboration  - Ability to command respect and trust internally and externally  - Ability to coherently and clearly articulate and communicate positions across stakeholders as well as within the team  Management Responsibility (does this role have direct reports): Yes  Qualifications (Education, Experience) :  - At least 13-15 years of relevant global and cross functional expertise and experience, preferably in a Tier 1 IT Services firms Fortune 500 Company  - Solid academic background with engineering and advanced management degrees from the world’s best schools (IIMs preferred)  - Should have deep understanding and knowledge of resource planning process, forecasting techniques and financial planning with an ability to conceptualize analytical models to improve the outcomes  - Excellent interpersonal, communications, public speaking and presentation skills
