- Manpower sourcing and selection strategy for Regional staff
- Manpower Planning for Regional Staff
- Large scale sourcing including unconventional sourcing tapping the potential of Saudi market for hiring of Saudi Nationals
- Ensuring external world of potential candidates and those who go through the selection process have a great experience of LA
- Those selected are on-boarded in a way that they become effective on their job
- Skills and competencies: Knowledge of HR processes/policies, Teamwork & collaboration, Communication skills, Commitment to excellence, Planning and

Professional Experience : MBA in HR with 5-8 years of experience in Human Resources with core Recruitment experience. Experience of Saudi Market recruitment is a must, preferably in the Modern Age Retail.
