Lead - Recruitment & People Practice - IT (4-8 yrs)
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Responsible for leading and managing the recruitment mandate for the firm, estimated at 80% of their time, the balance spent on key HR projects – focus being most efficient least cost route to role closure.
- The incumbent will be required to manage hiring individuals at a senior, lateral level as well as across both graduate and post graduate campuses.
- Identify recruitment partners, coordinate candidate selection process. Review and screen candidate resumes with functional selection teams (where applicable). Set up interview schedules and provide logistics support and follow-ups.
- Enable the definition of the recruitment strategy of the firm and evaluate activities on a project basis to best determine which sources and activities yield the highest quality recruits in a cost effective manner
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor degree, with 4-8 years of experience
- Experience in large scale recruiting practice is essential, either on the recruiting agency side or the client side
- He/she must have in-depth understanding of key technology skill sets.
- The candidate must be results oriented with strong analytical capabilities.
- He/she must have the ability to directly influence and engage with the leadership team while being able to engage with employees across the organisation.
