Lead - Recruitment (5-10 yrs)

- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle in a highly matrixed, global environment. This includes hands-on involvement in all aspects of the recruiting process for internal and external candidates.

- Develop effective and creative sourcing strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools and avenues in a cost effective manner

- Manage and serve as primary contact for all candidates, hiring managers and search agency representatives

- Provide regular and timely updates and communications to candidates regarding their status in the process, consistent with the recruiting brand

- Partner with Recruiting Manager to manage overall recruiting team workload

- Determine sourcing strategies and facilitate candidate sharing across all open positions

- Coordinate with local office contacts and oversee the recruiting process when recruiting for positions located outside of the office

- Evaluate candidates during resume review, screening & interview process. Oversee an efficient and professional interview process Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position

- Record, maintain and track all recruiting activities in portal. Responsible for ensuring records and statuses for all candidates and requisitions are accurate and up-to-date.

- Create, lead and execute effective plans for sourcing and interviewing candidates. Communicate plans and partner with Hiring Manager on execution of plans to fill roles

- In close partnership with the HR Managers, drive the candidate offer process, make salary recommendations & manage negotiations and close candidates.

- Research and recommend creative ways to source active and passive candidates

- Source candidates through networking, direct sourcing and occasionally working with external search firms

- Create contacts within applicable industries build networks to find qualified passive candidates

- In conjunction with Recruiting Manager, maintain regular contact with possible future candidates and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need

- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport and source new candidate leads

- Suggest methods for hiring managers to source internal referrals

- Work with Recruiting Assistant to suggest and manage external job postings

- Work closely with and build strong working relationships with hiring managers and leaders in each function

- Guide hiring managers through the recruiting process including clear expectation setting and effective and timely updates

- Stay current on recruiting and hiring trends and external data points to influence key stakeholders on sourcing, candidate selection, compensation benchmarking, job titles and content of job descriptions

- Provide training and guidance to Recruiting Assistant and/or other new recruiting team members as required

- Serve as backup to Recruiting Assistant and Recruiting Manager, as needed

- Communicate regularly about status of open requisitions and recruiting activities to key stakeholders (HR Managers, Hiring Managers, functional leads)

- Ensure policies and procedures are in place to comply with local and federal legal requirements

- Responsible for action items required to meet compliance standards related to job posting, interviewing and hiring activities in the US

- Ensure all applicant documentation and records meet compliance requirements for candidates at each phase of the recruiting process.

- As a key member of the Recruiting team, work to identify, drive and update recruiting processes designed to improve efficiencies and create a positive recruiting experience for hiring managers and candidates
