Position : Lead Recruiter/ Manager with P& L Resposbility
Experience - 3 - 6 : Mid & Senior Hiring ( Technology/ IT Sales: Software sales, Server Storage: Infra Services Sales)
Job Description -
- The incumbent will be responsible for recruitment & selection across levels and domains on a PAN India level for large Multi National Clients best names inthe world)
- This would include devising process and methodoligies for a quick TAT and quality of hires, formulating recruitment mechanisms depending upon the type of position and its quantum.
- Generating quality lead and creating a good funnel for future requirments:
- Should be good on Linkedin and other Business networking Sites.
- This will also involve building connect with the Client to ensure their engagement levels are high and are able to establish Confidence with the Client
Desired Profile -
- The applicant must be an MBA in HR from premier institutes with good recruitment experience.
- Must have done extensive hiring through different channels not just sourcing from Portals and job boards.
- We are looking for candidates who have spent minimum of two years in their last job.
- Must have worked in fast paced environments
- Preferably a 2005 passout
- Scholastic academic background is a must.
- Must be people oriented and affable; should have an aptitude to keep pace in a fast, dynamic and challenging environment and flexible with working hours.
- Should have good communication skills and extremely good interpersonal skills.
- Experience of a start up will be an added advantage.
- Should possess own conveyance.
- Compensation should not be a driver for the candidate
- Must have a experience in Recruitment /Search firm ( Not Essentially Corporate Exp)
- Must be open to travelling : Bangalore: Chennai: Hyderabd
Salary - Current CTC of 3.5L – 6L and Expected upto 7-7.5 lakhs
Bonus: Extra+ Accomodation+ Car from case to case basis
Profit Sharing opportunity in long run.
Strong preference will be given to people with B.tech in Computer Science with an MBA.
