Lead - Procure To Pay - Pharmaceutical (7-12 yrs)

About our Client : Our client is a large, well-known MNC in the pharmaceutical space. Spread across multiple specializations, they are the custodians of reputed brands and a household name across the country. Headquartered in Mumbai, they are looking for a bright, dynamic P2P expert who can fit into their finance leadership pipeline.
Job Description: As the P2P lead you will report in to the Finance Controller and be responsible to:
- Manage a monthly pool of 6,000+ transactions, 6,000+ invoices and 10,000+ factory supply invoices
- Ensure relevant P2P KPIs are set up and adhered to on an on-going basis
- Assist in process improvement and optimization initiatives
- Provide resolution to any invoice related issues
- Conduct bank reconciliation activities on a monthly basis
The Successful Candidate:
- You will have an overall work ex of 7+ years with at least 4 years in a shared service setup.
- You are a qualified chartered accountant or have an MBA from a premier business school.
- You are an expert in the P2P vertical and are well-versed with the O2C and R2R process as well.
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to liaise with stakeholders at various levels
