Define domain solutions for Retail and build a Go to Market strategy to position and sell solutions
Business process re-engineering/ improvement initiatives using structured methodologies
Drive the process of Strategy Formulation, Planning & Strategy Implementation for a portfolio of business /corporate services
Provide analytical support to businesses for effective Decision Making through simulation & optimization, process modeling, excel formulation and modeling
Domain expertise - demonstrate understanding of customer interaction and engagement in today's digital environment in Pharma sales
Practice building - Analyze business issues and challenges, support the global practice to attain targets
Desired Profile:
Experience in Retail consulting
Experience in successfully managing client relationships in large, complex engagements
Deep understanding of the current Retail industry dynamics and trends
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
