With a team of 62,500 employees, our Client has built a leadership position in many businesses including cocoa, coffee, cashew, rice and cotton. the shared services centre at Chennai, supports a number of its worldwide operations across multiple countries through the entire lifecycle of shared service delivery, in terms of F&A, supply chain management (SCM) and human resource management (HRM) processes.  Key Responsibilities :  - Ownership of Project Plan and ensuring progress as per plan  - Maintain programme schedules and milestones - monitor deliverable submission schedule  - Review & prioritize workstream activities  - Gathering of project data and production of information for management review  - Resolve critical issues and ensure timely decisions within sphere of authority  - Prepare & analyze various reports periodically, raise flags, and identify risks and possible issues before they occur.  - Provide standard and ad-hoc analysis, reporting business related insights, improvement suggestions and consultative services to unit's stakeholders using business data.  - Monitor programme risks, issues, dependencies - maintain and action RAID logs  - Maintain project dashboard and SteerCo update decks  - Organize status update meetings with SteerCo. Organize and chair update meetings  - Escalate unresolved issues to SteerCo  - Manage overall resource availability and allocation  - Meeting management - resolve availability conflicts  - Communications support - providing guidance and direction on communication channels, messaging etc  - Support internal & strategic initiatives.  Skills & Competencies :  - Minimum 8 - 10 years of experience in Project Management  - Stakeholder management - Ability to engage and manage senior leadership  - Goal orientation - Ability to monitor and track multiple activities to completion  - Proficiency in Excel, PPT, MPP
