Lead PMO Analyst - SharePoint Site & Intranet Site - Banking Project (3-6 yrs)

Salary Range: 6 - 11 LPA

JD for PMO Analyst:

Minimum work experience: 3 - 6 Years

Tracking the Programme Portfolio, updating as projects become active and close dow

Tracking (management, escalation, communication, etc.) of reporting deadlines

Coordinating production of status reports, both internal and external to the Programme

Tracking milestones, associated benefits, and key deliverable dates. Overseeing the Change Control process.

Tracking of risks, issues, dependencies and all other logs required to support the programme

Resource management (linked to resource revex capture, headcount, HR, recruitment, etc.)

Liaising with finance and the PMO team, as well as the Project Manager(s) to manage & report programme financials

Managing paperwork/status reports between the various groups

Managing programme PR and communication

Responsible for the programme document library, SharePoint site(s) and Intranet sites

Being central point of contact for Programme, interfacing to peer groups and colleagues

Worked within a programme office environment and have delivery track record

Proven ability to organise (documents, people, processes, reports, logs etc.)

Communication skills: must be able to communicate across functional boundaries and influence without authority

Technically competent: to work with Intranet systems, project management tools and SharePoint services

Additional Skills:Able to work under pressure remaining calm and in control without panic

Ability to manage conflict through use of consensus management techniques or other strategies

Precise and particular with regard to details of the day-to-day activities

Collaborative but authoritative communication style

Ability to manage upwards as well as downwards

Ability to persuade and influence beyond direct areas of responsibility

Ability to exercise judgement in issues that need escalating (or not) to the project and/or programme manager

Able to learn quickly and adapt to new requirements and technologies
