Identifies training needs of end users and develops and provides the necessary training to meet those needs.   - Responsible for assignment of work and development of team members.  - Ability to develop queries in PeopleSoft Query and SQL for more complex analysis  - Knowledge of Self-Service, Benefits, Compensation, and Performance Management, and TAM modules...   - Experience with TAM preferred  - Communicate effectively with team as well as Functional and IT managers - both written and verbal  - MS Project, Visio, and Office   - Analytical and Organizational skills  - Experience in healthcare a plus, but not required  - Strong functional knowledge of HR business processes and be capable of understanding and working in partnership with the business users to formulate recommendations for business process design, break-fix analysis, regulatory updates, testing, and enhancements within a PeopleSoft HCM environment
