Job description  - Provide operations analytics support to business including capacity planning, demand forecasting, management of demand and optimization of organizational performance  - Build and operationalize appropriate processes to meet business needs  - Lead and manage a team of 5+ members with accountability for team deliverables  - Drive industry best practices within the team and be a subject matter expert in forecasting, demand planning and optimization  - Annual budgeting and identification of opportunities for new engagements and process developments  - Publish daily, weekly, and monthly reports to all management levels.  - Focus on innovation and an ability to operate independently in an environment strongly focussed on creating impact for the business   - Guide team to build and maintain demand forecasting and capacity planning models for multiple products and services while having accountability for own deliverables   - Identify and analyse key business drivers for accurate demand and associated staffing  - Liaison with US partners and ensure success of the engagements  - Experience in and familiarity with quantitative / predictive modelling using techniques such as Time Series and Regression Analysis and drivers based modelling.  - Ability to produce and analyse key performance metrics and recommend ways to optimize metric integrity for management review.  - Prior experience in managing business planning needs with innovative and quantitative analysis techniques.   - Ability to influence teams to adopt capacity management best practices and leverage information capabilities  - Strong leadership capabilities with ability to achieve distinct results in a complex matrix environment and to influence action without direct authority through collaborative, consultative approach & strong relationship building skills  - Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work across the organization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels of management and peers  - MBA or a Masters in Operations Research, Economics, Statistics, Econometrics or Mathematics from leading Indian Universities with an excellent academic record.  - Candidates having 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in areas like operations analytics, with outstanding track record in managing stakeholders and mature teams. Prior experience in financial services industry and experience in managing US clients is preferred.  - Project management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities  - Must have strong verbal and written communication
