Lead - Marketing Services - FMCG/Pharma (7-10 yrs)
Lead Marketing Services (Required candidates from FMCG & Pharma Co only)
Qualifications :
- Graduate + MBA /PGDPM from a reputed institute
Experience :
- At least 7-10 years hands on experience in handling Marketing Services in a reputed FMCG Consumer company.
- Exposure of handling events and brand activations will be an added advantage.
- Managing Media agencies will have an added advantage.
Skills :
- Ability to understand & handle secondary market research data eg.(IMS, C MARC )
- Excellent communications skills (imperative for face-to-face /telephonic interviews)
- Ability to lead insight expeditions
Key Responsibility Areas :
- Carry out regular cyclic market research like brand tracks.
- Design, develop and implement customized market research.
- Carry out special researches like Need Scope, Ad testing- Link, Insights Mining, etc.
- Convert opportunity identification and quantification into a brief and get agencies / partners to deliver on it.
- Assist in entire process of Selection-Induction- Execution of ‘Summer Internship Projects’
- Conduct face-to-face /telephonic interviews with KOL’s
- Be a repository of mined consumer and channel insights
- Analyse and synthesise quantitative syndicated and non syndicated data / information sources.
- Lead & direct a team / agency for creating impactful and memorable events.
- Lead a team to carry out brand experiential events.
- Conceptualise and implement brand relevant events.
- Manage media agency – Briefing for media plans along with category/ brand managers.
- Monitoring, evaluating media agency –driving media metrics.
- Manage deals with key channel / build on air brand properties.
