The Position: Marketing Excellence Lead

Reporting To : Sr. Director of Marketing

Location : Mumbai

Qualifications: - Degree in Sciences / Pharmacy or Graduation with relevant experience.

Diploma/ Degree in sales/marketing is advantageous. Post-Graduation with specialization in marketing is desirable

Experience : 10+ 3 years in marketing. Previous experience in consultancy is an advantage

Our client, the world's largest and most admired pharmaceutical company, seeks Marketing Excellence Lead to be based in Mumbai.

Incumbent works with Sr. Director of Marketing to establish marketing excellence and drive a high performing team by fostering innovation, customer focus, personal accountability and commitment for results in the marketing department

Responsibilities:

- Challenges marketing and brand strategies

- Aligns and drives annual brand plans and operating plan process, ensuring alignment with brand teams, commercial units and other important stakeholders

- Assist marketing head in capability building including assessment of competency development needs and developing training curriculum that meets local need

- Works with brand teams to Identify and propose innovative marketing ideas/ tools in the context of both external and internal environment

- Prioritizes marketing efforts to focus on projects/product with greatest potential

- Measures the brand performance through standardized measurement of Brand performance

Skills Requirements:

Able to identify customer and competitor Insights and understand market trend

Data analysis, interpretation and communication

Ability to draw up performance and program metrics

Knowledge of regulatory aspects and issues related to the Pharmaceutical industry.
