Marketing & Communications Lead for Delivery Centers for Technology in India

Job Description :

Working as part of the Marketing & Communications team in India, this position will be responsible for leading Integrated Marketing & Communication across all internal and external communications to support the Delivery Centers for Technology in India, working directly with the business leadership team and reporting into the India Marketing Director.

Strategy and planning to drive an integrated approach that includes multiple marketing functions - Image, Recruitment Marketing, Internal Communications, Media Relations and Social/Digital media in support of the business objectives of the technology delivery centers in India.

Build highly creative, unconventional and distinctive strategies from scratch that turn vision into results.-

Build focused Delivery Marketing programs - Interpret complex business strategy, technology trends, client centric innovations in technology and industry differentiators and translate them into bold, compelling and distinctive content appropriate to the audience (internal and external) and channels (media, digital, social, keynotes, video and more).

Develop and implement strategic programs that position the technology centers in India as a preferred employer and work on internal programs in collaboration with business and HR teams to sustain and increase engagement among employees.

Create unique and high-quality communications - experiences for the leadership team with people, clients and industry.

Identify and orchestrate external engagement opportunities, including speaking engagements, social media opportunities and digital platforms.

Quickly evaluate and capitalize on of the moment executive communication opportunities for the leadership team.

Plan and collaborate seamlessly with marketing and communications colleagues in India and around the world to shape positioning backed by compelling content.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor degree required, prefer in marketing & communications with added Management qualification

Minimum of 15 - 17 years of relevant experience in marketing and communications.

Preferred Qualifications :

Master's degree.

Exceptional planning and message development skills coupled with creativity.

Understanding and appreciation of the IT services industry.

Relevant work experience in the IT services industry.

Exceptional oral communications skills, exceptional interpersonal skills and the proven ability to influence and communicate effectively with senior leaders.

Excellent content development and management skills.

Ability to manage a cross-functional team with a matrix reporting structure
