Lead - Marketing - Cement (10-15 yrs)
Designation: Lead Marketing
Client: Cement Industry
Location: Hyderabad
Reports to: SBU Head and VP-Marketing
Required Experience: 10+ years relevant experience in building materials/ paints/FMCG /Durables
Required Qualification: Graduate with a Post graduation in Marketing is preferable.
Description:
- He / She would be responsible for developing plans and executing short and long-term marketing plan and strategies for the Sheeting Business.
Key Duties:
- Would be responsible for the development and execution of brand strategies, marketing plan (BTL & ATL activities) and evolve budget under the direction of corporate marketing team and business head.
- Works with regional sales team to identify ways to generate sales and profitability.
- Executes media plans, channel and customer-specific POP plans, trade show plans, and monitor execution of marketing plan as compared to the budget.
- Analyzes market, consumer and competitive information to support sales team in setting and managing price of products, and in forecasting.
- Conducts analysis and periodic reviews of the brand to enhance the brand's equity and marketplace performance by collecting market information from multiple sources
- Analyzes market, consumer and competitive information (marketing plan & sales) prepare insights and share with Sales team & HO on a monthly basis.
- Rollout and own the dealer loyalty program
- Execute innovative trade programs to improve market share
- Work jointly with sales team in weak markets to drive up market share
- Handle the ad agency and deliver the marketing plans as per agreed parameters.
- Manage the marketing budget as per agreed timelines
