We are looking for our Client "Talent Acquisition Manager & Lead" Position.
- Candidate should have exposure in IT, Infrastructure & Semiconductor business.
- Should have pleasing personality.
- Should carry excellent communication skills. Good in negotiation.
- To define, establish and execute a robust talent acquisition process that meets the growing needs of the business group
- Manage the overall recruitment status for the business with robust reporting & ensure recruitment processes adhere to quality guidelines
- Responsible for building sourcing capability within the team with particular focus on direct sourcing and social media recruiting.
- Responsible for managing campus hiring initiatives for the group.
- Manage relationships with all key stakeholders including senior business leaders.
- Manage vendor relationships for the group as well as build vendor capability.
- Ensure all mandates are effectively closed across all levels as per the plan and within the budgeted cost.
- Accountable for all metrics like on time hires, cost per hire, source mix, offer to joining ratios, as well as quality of hires.
- Responsible for maintaining a robust recruitment MIS, dashboards as well as other adhoc reports.
- Develop the team and build on capabilities and efficiency of the team members.
- Establishing and maintaining high delivery and quality standards within the team to deliver exceptional client service and help brand the company as an employer of choice
- Other responsibilities as so may be assigned from time to time to support specific business needs or peak periods.
Education : Masters Degree / Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource. Any Graduation Degree will also do.
