Lead/Manager - Sales & Business Development - B2B Talent Solutions Startup (2-6 yrs)
This role is for a Sales Lead/ Manager with a startup specifically in the B2B space. The person will need to sell B2B talent solutions to corporates across India. Role involves
- Lead generation through networks
- Engaging and following up
- Converting leads to sales
The person also needs to be able to understand the b2B corporate market and devise a strategy . The role is target driven and the person should be a go getter and nos. oriented.
Excellent in spoken English; should be able to build clients; Prior experience in B2B solutions or with online platforms would be a great advantage
