Job Description :  Designation : Lead Manager - Business Consulting.  Location : Bangalore.  Role : Individual Contributor (Mentor Campus hires/Analysts/AM's in the team )   Department Overview:   - Procurement Analytics team aims to support the category managers by enabling data driven decision making for strategic sourcing, maximizing savings and reducing risk.   The work would primarily focus on the following:   - Data analytics.   - Business consulting.   - Vendor intelligence.   - Category research.   - Predictive modelling.   - Strategy formation.   Responsibilities :   - Provide thought leadership and drive strategic initiatives.   - Ability to conduct situational analysis and lead teams.   - Lead multiple projects simultaneously both as an individual contributor and as an advisor to junior team members.   - Establish project governance and ensure best in class delivery.  - Interact with Senior Management on a regular basis to understand their needs and present ideas / analytics based findings to them.   - Manage stakeholder expectations and develop strong working relationships with business partners.   - Handle people management responsibilities such as hiring, coaching, mentoring and performance management of team members.   Essential Skills / Experience Required :  - 4 year Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from reputed university in Business Management / Economics / Statistics / Mathematics / Finance / Operations Research or other quantitative fields   - 7-8 years of experience in analytic consulting/ financial analytics/ supply chain management with a flair for industry research   - Proficient in advanced MS Excel / VBA and MS Office products   - Background understanding of various banking operations will be a plus   - Role requires demonstrated experience in Analytics, preferably dealing with distributed and global operations/functions   - Ability to learn quickly about new businesses, processes and systems   - Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to work with all levels of an organization; effective interpersonal and influencing skills.
