Role purpose: To lead the L&D Impact team and ensure delivery of induction, functional and leadership capability development across the organisation.  Direct reports : 9  - Provide leadership and development to the team of individual L&D Impact Specialists  - Together with HR Head assess and plan the roll-out of digital and face to face interventions and be responsible for the overall local L&D delivery plan   - Ensure learning objectives and other impact KPIs as agreed with functional stakeholders are achieved whilst driving progress towards digital learning delivery   - Work with HRSSC team regarding the training administration and enablement   - Be a member of the local HR leadership team representing L&D  - Regular interaction with global Talent, L&D Manager   Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:  - Experience across other areas of the HR value chain e.g. business partnering  - Instructional design  - Facilitation of training and coaching experience   - Self-driven individual that connects quickly with individuals and audiences in order to build rapport  Must have technical / professional qualifications:   - ATD, CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent body accreditation desirable  - First leadership experience either having lead virtual teams or line managed team(s)   - Comprehensive knowledge of various L&D delivery channels across digital and face 2 face (i.e. digital modules, scenario based learning, gamification, class room training, coaching etc.)  - Strong communication and influencing skills  - Commercial acumen  - Global mind-set and experience working/leading in a matrix environment
