Our client is a leading integrated travel and travel related financial services company in the country offering a broad spectrum of services.  This role is responsible to head the team and which will advice the organization on any potential risks to the profitability or existence of the company. The position requires to identify and assess threats, put plans in place for if things go wrong and decide how to avoid, reduce or transfer risks.  Job Responsibilities :  - Lead the identification and refinement of new user experience on the website. Decode the user behavior and implement website enhancements to increase traffic and conversions.  - Plan and monitor progress of the IT projects related to website and mobile. Ensure that these are completed within the stipulated timelines.   - Define and monitor website performance on key parameters such as Page download speed, Transaction time, Payment success rates, Error rates etc. Undertake initiatives to implement tools and techniques to improve performance on these parameters.  - Lead the development of new website platform with latest technology and architecture.  - Develop digital advertising strategy and lead initiatives for driving website traffic, sales and increasing brand awareness. Ensure that the digital strategy and execution supports the Business plan.  - Formulate and oversee implementation of Search Engine Optimization( SEO) strategy to increase organic traffic and sales.  - Co-own the business target and P&L for the e-business vertical. Actively participate in formulation and execution of overall business & product strategy, expense management, call centre strategy, customer service etc.  Mandatory Requirement :   - Must come from an eCommerce firm only.  - Worked on process & Technology (PROTECH)  - Strong experience in Program Management  - Should have IT Business Analyst experience  - Coding preferred, but not mandatory
