Lead IT - Corporate Loan Management System - NBFC

We have urgent openings for the role of Lead IT - Corporate Loan Management System with the leading NBFC based out of Delhi.

Job Description -

Strategic leadership: Work with the senior management of the Corporate Lending business to understand technology required to support business process from origination, servicing and reporting requirements. Select and implement optimal technology solutions to help the continued growth and servicing requirements.

Receivables management platform implementation: One of the initial critical projects is to work with stakeholders in selection and implementation of a receivables platform to support the lending, leasing and other products offered by the Corporate lending business. It includes the following

Requirements gathering: Capture of business requirements. Work with product vendor in preparing and conducting conference room pilot sessions to walk through functionality and finalise requirements including configurations and customisations for the originations and in-life servicing of lending products including working capital demand loans (wcdl), bill discounting (bd) and loan against property (lap).

Design of solution: Coordinate with product vendor to prepare design solution including UI, configurations &customisations to deliver functionality, testing plans, hosting plans covering hardware & software solutions.

Program planning: coordinate with stakeholders including business project team members, product vendor, system integrator, testing team, infrastructure team to prepare detailed program plan and budget (implementation and ongoing opex).

Implementation: Coordinate with stakeholders including business project team members and product vendors, system integrators, testing teams, infrastructure teams to implement the solution within budget.
