Job Responsibilities :
To accomplish Business objectives, IT Enablement of Business processes and launch innovative services for enhanced productivity, Innovative savings & end-user delight.
- Manage End users & Workplace services & Service Desk
- Engagement with Senior Management team to understand their IT requirements, and ensure service delivery to their satisfaction
- Ensure Operational Excellence - high availability of systems & applications, performance & security norms for all IT systems.
- Responsible for IT Opex and Capex optimization.
- Project Management and Implementation of End User and security Projects
- Acts as an interface between IT & internal BARC Users i.e. Employees and would be responsible for the successful rollout of key strategic projects for the business.
- Ensure compliance of all infra systems and ensure patching of systems as per security policy.
- Conduct BCP and DR for all critical applications.
- Review the security controls based on defined timelines and update the compliance posture.
- Actively participate in the internal and external security and process audit.
Education: Bachelor of Engineering or MCA or equivalent from reputed and AICTE recognized institution/ Certification
- Diploma in Communication & Network Technologies ITIL + Industry Certificates
Relevant Experience: 6 to 7 years- experience in each End user support and information security.
Past Experience :
- Experience in the field of end user support. Experience in network support
- Experience in field of Information security
Technical Skills :
- ITIL V3 Foundation, ITIL V3 Expert, ISO 27001 lead auditor, CEH certified or CISSP /CISA
- Networking CCNA or CCNP
