HR Lead Professional Band - Mfg  - Person will be involved in Talent sourcing, lead campus recruiting, conduct interviews for all positions to attract the right talent for achieving business development objectives effectively.   - Will be involved in managing talent development programs and deliver training courses to newly hired commercial leaders.  - Will attend to employee grievances, if any and will provide guidance.  - 6-7 years of total experience in HR with at least 2-3 years in a HRBP role.  - Familiar with local legislations and practices.  - Some experience in C&B is desirable.  - Functional knowledge in C&B, talent management, labor laws and etc. is desirable.  Note : IMPORTANT  2005-2007 Batch will be considered only
