Lead HR 10-15 yrs 2000 to 2007 Batches from Top Pedigree HR Inst like XLRI / TISS / SIBM / SCHMRD / SIMS / NM / IMI / MDI/IMT/MILS /XIMB etc to name a few from Pharma/ Healthcare/Medical Devices or diagnostics exposure with Mfg exp also

Since its a start up and based in Mumbai those aspiring to work with startup to work hands on from ground level in starting the HR vertical at Corporate and Plant levels as a leader on end to end basis inclusive of all corporate a functions like

- Recruitment

- Talent Acquisition and Management

- PMS

- Training and OD

- Compensation and Rewards

- HRBP

- IR Roles along with statutory functions

- Employee relations and Employee Engagement

Key Skills Desired :

- Commercial Acumen

- Managing Stakeholders

- Giving strategic inputs to suit business requirement

- Executional Excellence

- Team management

Compensation upto 30 lacs all inclusive
