Job Description :
Reporting into the CEO you will be responsible to :
- Prepare the manpower budget for the company
- Prepare the recruitment policy guidelines and ensure compliance at the outlet and corporate level
- Plan, direct, and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the organisation to maximize the strategic use of human resources
- Ensure a proactive HR function for employee relations, employee compensation, HR policies and regulatory compliance
- Develop/ maintain and update training dossier for all technical and behavioral training
The Successful Applicant :
- As a successful candidate you should have 12-15 years of experience in HR as a Generalist preferably in Fashion/Retail/Lifestyle brand with strong exposure in Recruitment,Talent Management
- Extensive experience in scaling up businesses-good hands on expertise in recruitment across levels wit Retail/FMCG/Hospitality sector
- Hands on experience in Training and Development
- Excellent people management skills and charismatic personality
- You should have significant experience in setting up HR from scratch
- Inclination towards sports
- Active lifestyle in terms of being fitness oriented (could be playing sports/running marathons or equivalent)
- Diversity profile is a must
