Lead - Human Resource - Pharmaceutical

An extremely renowned and highly respected Pharmaceutical MNC has entrusted us with the selection of an Senior HR professional for their Corporate Office based in Bombay. The position would report into the HR head.

- The ideal candidate should be a seasoned HR generalist / specialist with at least 10-12 years experience, preferably with an MNC.

- The incumbent would be responsible for managing the entire Human Resources operations as well as some of the COE functions.

- He/ She will have a strong and competent HR team to support him/ her.

Some of the major activities will include :

- Manpower planning, budgeting and tracking headcounts and costs.

- Talent identification and acquisition.

- Performance Management and Development - facilitate goal-setting, rating and calibrations.

- Regular Update and sharing HR best practices in the industry with specific reference to Manufacturing.

- Develop and implement Training and Development needs for the team

- Talent assessment, Identification of skill gaps and implementation of development interventions;

- Talent banding and internal assessment for career development.

- Remuneration and perks will as per industry standards.
