We have the following requirement in Navi Mumbai + Chennai

Site HR lead - MBA HR 2006- 2008 Batches

Preferably 8 to 10 years of experience in HR set ups, with 2 to 3 years leading functions/ sub-functions.

Role is to handle :

- Recruitment & Selection, Talent Management, Performance Management System, Learning & Development.

- Experience in working with people-intensive structures in ITeS/ similar environments

- Familiarity with metrics and compliance

- Reporting to Head HR

- Compensation range upto 25 lakhs
