We have the following requirement in Mumbai with some leading MNC Companies based in Navi Mumbai

Pedigree : MBA 12 to 15 years experience from Tier 1/2 institutes with 3 to 5 years as a HR Leader leading a team of professionals

- Experience of working in a high performance/ metrics driven culture handled HR for sales & service teams across multiple geographies

- Experience in managing complex and cross-functional initiatives, processes, or projects and can be a change agent with the ability to push back

- Experience in working for multinational companies in a matrix environment

- Experience in working across multiple countries/cultures

Organizations : Large multinational organizations preferably B2B ( good organizations is important)

Experience : Sales HR for India (multi geography & experience with recruitment & management of feet on street)

Incumbent should come from an ecosystem where he/she has managed a min 400 employee based business.
