Position reports into - HR Head - South Region

Minim Work Experience - 4 Yrs

CTC - 15 LPA to 20 LPA

Education - Candidates who are from Tier 1 B School (2013, 2014 Batch ONLY need to apply)

Tier 2 B School with maximum 8yrs of work experience.

Industry - Candidates working in Banking, Telecom, Pharma, Consumer and other Service Industry can apply.

- Candidate should be familiar with South geography & local languages. Exposure to South India as geography & culture is an essential part to apply.

- We are looking for a Potential candidate who has HR Business Partner Background and ready to be the part of dynamic and growing organization,

- Business Partnering for the SOUTH Zone Sales workforce of Direct and Indirect employees, interfacing the smooth execution of all the HR line and staff functions for the Sales team, such as Compensation, talent acquisition, induction, performance management, and employee engagement.

- Responsible for anchoring all People Processes in the region - Resourcing, Capability Development, Talent Management, Onboarding, Performance management, R&R and Employee Engagement for Capability Development.

- Discuss and plan with the Zonal HR Head on manpower planning, recruitment and budget for Sales officers and ASMs for the fiscal in line with the guiding principles of hiring.

- Executing the Functional Capability Agenda in the region as laid down.

- Manage & augment Leadership Touch points quality - Goal Setting, Half Yearly Appraisal, career Communication, Annual Appraisal and 360-degree feedback discussions.

- Manage Performance Reviews, Annual Performance Normalization, closure of merit based increments, salary benchmarking and rationalisation, Annual Promotions & Rating Communication for the Region.

- Manage on-going performance feedback processes in Skip Level meetings and implementation of performance improvement plans.

- Anchored Zonal level engagement initiatives at the location.

- Ability to conceptualize, plan, design and implement specific interventions towards leadership development and behavioral change across the businesses.

- Align on enterprise level initiatives, customize and deliver the program for operations team.

- Identify training needs for operations teams / capability building requirements and work with the L & D COE team to develop and implement the same.

- Design framework to measure effectiveness of learning and development interventions and implement the same.

- Identifying training needs to up-skill employees. Doing a TNA (Training need analysis) for various teams and creating a learning plan for the year
